MCI & Associates is a proudly locally owned and operated, team of accountants and advisors. Heading up the firm are Directors - Neil Ivamy, Esther Gleave (both Accounting Principals), Sean Stafford (Advisory Principal) and Heidi Morgans (Practice Manager), alongside experienced Principals - Simon Curran, Moira Paewai and Sam Ellingham, who are supported by some 50+ accounting and administration staff.

Neil Ivamy

Prior to the establishment of MCI & Associates, Neil was principal at its predecessor, BDI - BeardDodsonIvamy, and has held various senior management positions within the Manawatu and Tararua regions spanning the past 25 years. His background is rural based; working on farms and in agricultural contracting, and operating his family business for many years.

 

As well as being held in high regard internally at MCI, Neil has developed a respectable reputation within the Tararua region and the associations he works with. Neil enjoys taking an active role in the community, undertaking board and advisory roles within several not-for-profit organisations.  

 

Neil is a family man who is a very proud 'G-Pop' to his grandchildren. When he’s not working diligently with his clients, you can find him at home engaging in some DIY, getting stuck in maintaining his rural property, and together with his wife, entertaining friends and family with some great food and even better Kiwi wines.
